Discovery
During the research process, we identified the main obstacles faced by clients when adopting savings and investment solutions. The lack of financial literacy emerged as the biggest challenge, leading to insecurity and difficulty in fully understanding the products offered, often due to unclear and non-transparent language. Additionally, we found that clients tend to associate saving and investing as the same thing, prioritizing "emergency savings" before considering riskier investments.
Another key finding was the effort required to monitor and maintain investments, which demands consistency and discipline, contrasting with the perception that saving is easier and less demanding. Finally, mistrust towards the commercial approach was also identified, as commercial objectives often create insecurity among clients, prompting them to conduct independent analysis before seeking help to validate their decisions.
These insights were gathered through interviews with project stakeholders, managers, contact center operators, and savings and investment users, complemented by market analysis, internal studies, and collaborative workshops.
